I have received over 100 massages, swedish and deep tissue over the past 4-5 yrs. I learned basic principles of head, neck and shoulder work in my youth helping my mother recover from a neck injury. I have some training from therapists in deep tissue work. I have strong hands and am good at working knots and some stretching. I am really goid on neck and shoulders but have done full body work too. I'm open to receiving all types of massage techniques but am only confident in swedish and deep tissue but would like to learn other techniques.
