I have a background in sports medicine which sparked my interest in holistic pain, stress and strain relief. Most of the techniques I use were self-taught through videos, audio books and group forums.
As of March 2025, I've begun to study massage therapy seriously. I've enrolled in school and now I'm a student of the craft officially. Practice makes perfect and I plan to make this my life's work.
