My bodywork experience is just trial and error. I have a few things that I have learned by getting massages, and feedback from those that I have given a massage to. I am sure I don't know what I need to to give a proper massage but I have had no one say that they didn't feel better afterwards. I would love to learn more if someone is willing to teach me.
