More About Me (Therapeutic Directory)
I have mostly received bodywork numerous times since starting my newest career. In my newest career I am on my feet 15hrs a day and after a stint of working such long hours I have found receiving bodywork to be very therapeutic. I usually receive body work 1-2 times a month to help my body recover. Mostly I enjoyna deep tissue type massage, Thai, shiatsu and other various styles. The use of hot towels, hot stones and back walking have been very beneficial as well.
Also, this has led me to want to give bodywork to friends and colleagues a few times. I do not have formal training, it mostly from an enthusiast perspective.
