My bodywork background comes from my lineage of healers that passed the healing properties of massage and reiki down to me to continue the great path of healing. My grandmother Irene, sent me on the healing journey by taking me under her wing as she would heal drug addicts and the "OutKast" of the community with ancient healing methods producing great benefits as a result of her work. I have been in the healing services for 20 years starting with helping athletes recover from football and MMA injures in 1998. I performed deep tissue massage and lymph flushing massages to help them recover at a faster rate to continue competing.
I started my fitness program in 2012 and offered recovery treatments to my clients to aid their recovery and flush byproducts from the body after workout sessions, the members that received regular massage showed significant improvements to their physique and ability to perform new workout tasks.
In 2015, I started offering reiki certified weekends and healing retreats that included Qi gong, Reiki, Primal movement, breathwork and healing massages after our Trauma Release Exercises. Today, I offer my service to anyone who needs to connect their body and breath and become ONE.
