I have just become able to host but I don't have any supplies yet. I am considering purchasing a massage table. I am not exactly sure what type of massage oil I should have. If you have any suggestions or can bring what you have, that would be great.
I have had many massages over the years. Mostly Swedish light to medium pressure for relaxation. I don't care much for deep tissue, but I am open to trying different modalities. I am not at all experienced in giving therapeutic massage.
