As my profile states, I am not licensed or credentialed, so I am an enthusiast. I have been giving (and receiving, although not as many as I prefer) body rubs and massages for many more than 3 years, but have ramped up in the past 3+ years. I am skilled at the upper shoulder/chest and neck/head region, middle of the back, and entire lower body. My massages tend to leave the recipients extremely relaxed and don't typically want to get up off of the table for several minutes. They need time to soak in it, and that's totally ok.
