My experiences trace back for decades when I got my one-month training from Sw. Deva Prashantam at RIMU in Oregon. He originated his skills directly from Japan and it's original Namikoshi-SHIATSU-school. I developed from a normal 1 1/2:hour full-body treatment a very relaxing session of around 45 minutes that includes both body sides from head to toes and back ...! Very sensitive and relaxing though including main 'trigger points' and usually transferring you into a space of deep relaxation or even meditation ... 🙏
