My training: I am a licensed massage therapist (LMT) in the state of New Hampshire. I am trained in Swedish massage, Thai yoga massage, and can also do deep tissue and trigger point therapy. Background: Massage, for me, has always been about meaningful touch—helping someone let go of stress, easing back or shoulder tension, or simply giving them a calm moment in a busy life. I started my massage career in 2008, trained here in New Hampshire, and built connections with some wonderful people in the field before opening my own part-time practice. Even when life got busy with school and work, I never lost my passion for giving massages. The pandemic put things on pause, but I’ve always kept this as a path I can return to—and now I’m excited to share it again.
