Massage is how I recharge. I'm a busy single mom of two teenagers (one with special needs), own multiple small businesses, and work long hours from home. By the end of the day, my back, shoulders, and neck are usually full of knots, and I rely on massage to help my nervous system slow down and truly relax. I especially enjoy deep tissue massage, reflexology, face and scalp massage, and spending extra time on my feet. I have a high pain tolerance, so don't be afraid to work deeply where it's needed. Comfort is incredibly important to me. I get cold easily, so I prefer to stay covered except for the area being worked on, and I ask that the massage table be heated. I'm happy to provide a heating pad, if needed. Once I'm warm and comfortable, I naturally relax, and don't mind being more uncovered. Clear communication is one of the things I value most. I'll happily let you know what feels good, where I need more attention, and I'll provide feedback throughout the session, so we can create the best possible experience together. Please note that I do not host. I require either a local hotel room that I recommend, or another local location where I feel comfortable. A massage table is required. If you don't have one, we're probably not the right match. When I'm traveling (such as Orlando), I'll provide the hotel room myself.
