I’ve been receiving professional massage therapy for over 30 years, beginning after an accident that required facial reconstruction. That experience taught me that massage is the most effective form of pain relief I’ve ever known. I’ve developed a deep appreciation for a variety of techniques including deep tissue, cupping, gua sha (scraping), and myofascial release. Though I have no formal training, I’ve offered many informal therapeutic massages and genuinely enjoy helping others feel more grounded and at ease.
