I’ve been receiving bodywork regularly for over seven years, both for injury recovery and deeper body mind integration. I came to massage first through sports therapy after a shoulder injury, but eventually found myself drawn to more holistic and intuitive approaches especially deep tissue and myofascial release.
What I value most is a practitioner who works with intention and presence, not just technique. The best therapists I’ve had didn’t just follow a routine they listened with their hands. When that happens, I drop into my body more fully and feel not just relief, but a sense of reconnection.
