I’m an amateur (not a professional) who really enjoys giving (and receiving) therapeutic bodywork. I am learning to identify and work on muscle tension/trigger points, and I focus on giving overall muscle relief; plus we can mix in some gentle stretching if you are in the mood. I usually bring along oils, nice scents, candles or incense to set a safe space where you can really unwind.
