More About Me (Therapeutic Directory)
My bodywork practice is centered on promoting relaxation and overall well-being. Although I am not formally certified, I have been developing my skills through practice with friends and partners. I provide full-body massage from head to feet using a proper massage table, focusing on relaxation, circulation, and comfort. I am also pursuing online training to continue improving my technique and to learn structured approaches from different massage traditions.
