Massage is something I have the most respect and reverence for. I'll never forget after my first massage the relief I felt at the realization I could move my neck completely! I've released a lot of tension since then, but am just one of those people whose stress settles in their shoulders. I also find myself in awkward positions that really strain my upper body. I am trying to maintain a regular maintenance schedule with massage, and am hoping finding new friends here will further motivate me in that goal.
