My appreciation for bodywork is built on hands-on experience, both as a giver and a receiver. Giving bodywork is a core passion, where I focus on deeply listening with my hands to locate and release stubborn tension. This practice is continually informed by my own experience as a health practitioner (I am a medical professional).
