I have been around massage and body work a lot in my life. I had close friends and family that were practitioners and teachers when I was younger. So I ended up being the guinea pig for a lot of practice and teaching sessions. (very lucky...lol)
I would classify myself as a very experienced/comfortable receiver and an experienced, but probably out of practice giver.
I find touch relaxing and rejuvenating and enjoy the shared experience and connection.
