Always been a fan of massages, often struggle with stiff and tense muscles, but don’t have the time or finances to get it professionally done. So why not provide a practice body?
Main points of tension is lower back, hips, and knees, though ankles and shoulders tend to stiffen up due to long hours spent by my desk. A big fan of head massages too, as I tend to get headaches due to stiff muscles, which materialises itself as a tension headache in my temples and at the stem of my neck.
