More About Me
I am a psychotherapist and body worker with training in a basic modalities (swedish, bowen), sports medicine, as well as some integrative techniques (Yoga, Focussing, Bioenergetics, Rebirthing). My basic training was in Australia; I then moved to USA and have done lots of training since in body-mind modalities. I can work therapeutically with what I see occurring as I work, and can assist healing through active imagination guidance and breathwork. I'd like a monthly exchange with regional practioners who want to grow with me and help each other balance our lives between giving and receiving, although I tend to be a giver. I'm interested in the flow between us, and the positive channeling of energy back to our clients.
