More About Me
I began my bodywork journey many years ago for relaxation. However, after injury I began a long period of bodywork for physical rehabilitation that was instrumental in my long term recovery. I experienced many methods and techniques of which I have had the pleasure of sharing with others. I like most methods but really think some amount of deep tissue work is really important (for myself it is a must). I also enjoy cranial sacral, and also find intraoral and myofacia release effective. I enjoy working on my own skills and am a people person.
