More About Me

I enjoy both giving and receiving massage. I'm quite a tactile person, so I enjoy exploring surfaces with my fingers using any variety of pressure, especially if there is an observable effect or benefit for the recipient. I have rarely had the chance to receive massage, so while I enjoy relaxing and receiving touch, I'm often unable to switch off my mind, and this is something I'd like to work on in the future. I have no formal massage training. I have a strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology thanks to a medical background, so safety is foremost on my mind, and I would always err on the side of caution because I recognise there's much I don't know. As an amateur, I have watched DVDs and plenty of Youtube tutorials (mostly on Swedish style) and tried out things on a willing recipient. I get good reports and have never received any complaints so far. I have experience giving and receiving clothed and unclothed, with and without oil, and have also used deeper pressure when requested. In terms of receiving, I'd be happy to be a guinea pig for just about any style of massage, including those I've never experienced before.
