From a therapeutic perspective, I can offer amateur massage doing my best to adapt to pressure needs, and I am aware of a few techniques for releasing knots.
I also offer Reiki as an option. While Reiki is a passion for me, it isn't for everyone. Reiki involves touch, but not pressure. Reiki requires that the recipient be open, willing to relax into a peaceful state. It is an energy healing technique for total being healing.
