I work from the feet all the way to the head, emphasizing a meditative and slow and relaxing inhale/exhale where I direct them to breathe, to leave stress out the body, and apply pressure and "squeeze out" all the major muscle groups in a linear motion with with the appropriate pressure, timed when they exhale. I also go through a few "thai" style stretches particularily on the hips and shoulders. I work from the toes, to the balls of the feet, to the calves, to the hamstring, to the quads, etc. all the way upwards. I take my time, to ensure you are in the most relaxed state possible.
