Thai Yoga Massage practitioner with a slow, grounded style of bodywork. My sessions emphasize presence, rhythm, and allowing the body time to unwind rather than rushing through techniques.
I enjoy working meditatively and often spend longer periods on areas like the feet, hips, abdomen, or back so the nervous system can settle and deeper release can happen naturally.
I value exchanges with other practitioners who appreciate attentive, mindful touch and are interested in exploring the deeper somatic side of bodywork.
Outside of bodywork I maintain a regular meditation and movement practice, which strongly informs the quality of presence I bring into sessions.
