I learned a system using soap and hot water. Once an are is worked over it is covered with a hot wash cloth while I move on to the next area. When I finish the next area I remove the hot wash cloths from the previous area, dry it and if it is cool cover the area.and put the hot wash cloths on the area I just finished massaging and keep repeating for the rest of your body.
