I completed a 750-hour Bodywork and Massage Therapy program at Hollywood Institute in 2022, where I received formal training in therapeutic bodywork, massage techniques, client care, and professional practice. Since then, I have continued applying and refining those skills through hands-on experience, working with an average of 20 to 50 clients per year over the past 4+ years. My background also includes experience connected to high school football, where I developed an early appreciation for the sports medicine side of massage and bodywork. That exposure helped shape my understanding of muscle recovery, performance support, injury prevention, and the practical role massage can play in athletic settings. I bring that combined foundation of formal training and sports-oriented perspective into my work, with an emphasis on helping clients improve mobility, reduce tension, and support overall physical recovery.
