I'm a massage therapist and instructor with 5 years of experience. I love providing all kinds of bodywork, connecting with people through touch, and really helping people get in touch with their health, wellness, and inner joy.
My massage practice covers a wide array of modalities, including Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Orthopedic, Trigger Point, and Oncology. Pressure, focus, comfort level, they all matter, and I pride myself on my skill in adjusting to everyone I work with. I do my best to tailor each session to need, and will always honor boundaries and reasonable requests.
Being an instructor means I love sharing and teaching what I know. If you would like a tutorial, or need advice on technique, or want to discuss anything related to bodywork or the biz, just ask.
Outside of massage, I am an avid reader, a movie lover, music lover, and gamer. I'm also an author, singer, and occasional actor! Art in all its forms is very important to me, and I'm always happy to share and hear about what you love!
