I have been a recipient of massages irregularly over the last 15-20 years as needed. I’ve visited a few independent masseurs I’ve booked though either their own websites or specific bodywork search sites. I’ve made use of Swedish and therapeutic massage at points of stress and recognising the benefits of the work and relaxation.
I have also previously, when at university, volunteered as a practice body for a local college teaching massage which was a great experience.
