More About Me (Therapeutic Directory)
Yoga teacher training got me interested in caring for the fascia and made me more aware of how the body holds onto stress. I have an increasing interest in somatic and bodywork. Lately I’ve been focusing on my body’s trigger points. Several massages this year revealed tightness in my hips, neck, and shoulders. I want to try myofascial and Thai massages to continue my progress. I’m an amateur giver so I’m focused on receiving here.
I practice yoga regularly and enjoy the occasional hike.
