I started my massage journey with my personal training course where recovery was a big part of my fitness journey. After several years I started doing Acroyoga n got introduced to the Acro therapeuthics great partner stretch, there are some similarities with Thai massage. So I have been given massages quite few years now. I don't do relaxation massage I got strong hands n fingers I'd be such a waste if i do. I only give recovery massages and i'd like to receive the same. I have also cup that I found amazing to any big tention.
