More About Me
I live in North London with my 2 children (I am a single parent - my wife died 5 years ago)
I am not a professional therapist. I run a diverse group of companies and see massage very much as a relief from the stress of work.
I have some informal training in massage from by brother - who is full trained. The massage I normally give best is a deep tissue back massage designed to relieve stress around the shoulders, spinal chord and upper and lower back.
The massage I prefer to recieve would be one designed for deep tissue stress relief - though sometimes a lighter massage can also be very beneficial.
