I’m a licensed massage therapist with several years of hands-on experience providing relaxation, targeted therapeutic massage, sports recovery, and assisted stretching. My current focus is expanding and refining my assisted stretching work, including floor-based and table stretching, along with integrating massage and bamboo techniques into sessions.
