I’m a beginner with no formal massage training, although every time I’ve given a friend a massage they’ve told me I’m pretty good at it! I enjoy helping people relax and release tension, and I’m interested in becoming more attentive and skilful with touch. I practise yoga and meditation and value calm communication, consent and clear boundaries. I’m particularly interested in how the body communicates through tension, relaxation and response, and would like to learn more through respectful massage exchange.
