More About Me (Therapeutic Directory)
I’ve always had a natural feel for muscle recovery and how tension actually works through the body. Instead of just going through the motions like a lot of commercial therapists do, I focus on reading the tissue and locking onto the exact spots that are locked up even the knots people don’t realize they have. Because I actually take the time to sustain the pressure and adapt to what the muscle needs, the people I've worked on always tell me it brings them more real relief and mobility than any professional session they've paid for.
