More About Me (Therapeutic Directory)
Welcome. Today we'll focus on shared body work — a slow, mindful exchange where we both give and receive. We'll move through gentle stretches, breathing together, and light touch to release tension and build connection. There's no rush, no pressure — just presence. If anything feels uncomfortable, just say so and we'll adjust. Ready when you are.
