I qualified with a diploma in therapeutic massage in 2002 and worked for 3 years full time as a massage therapist. Now part time but still passionate about keeping up my skills - there's so much to learn from others - both from formally qualified therapists and others too.
I am a hatha yoga teacher. For me, there are many connections between yoga and massage and yoga feels like a natural add-on to my massage practice
I practice and/or teach yoga most days of the week and swim regularly which gives me a defined body and helps to improve the quality of my massages
