More About Me

Very interested in Thai Massage, I have taught Hatha Yoga now for well over 30 years and have been giving and receiving Thai massage for at least 15 years. I have devised my own form and style, combining this with Partner Assisted Yoga, partner Do-In acupressure, Yogic cleansing's and purification's and reflexology. I have studied the human foot and specialize in being a resource-person for the human foot, and emphasize this a lot in my yoga classes that I teach. I am friends with Dr. James Prescott PhD, Neuropsychologist who did groundbreaking research in Sensory Deprivation. I have had all kinds of massage but enjoy Thai the best. 3 weeks ago, here in Fresno I received the best Thai massage I had ever had in my life, from this authentic Thai woman, who did the massage on a regular massage table, she climbed up on the table and walked on my back so expertly. Weeks later I still feel the openings of the muscles and joints that she initiated. I am familiar with all forms of Hatha Yoga and owned, run and operated my own Yoga Studio for also over 19 years.
