Have been participating in Crossfit, and enjoying the results. I proudly sport a 30" waist now, am continually firming up parts that weren't firm before, and can now wear a Speedo in public.

The power of touch can be an amazing sensation, which many of us, unfortunately, are lacking in our lives. It can be reassuring, comforting, and energizing.
I have no professional training but am told that I apparently know what I am doing. But I would someday like to take formal training.
