After receiving neck and back massages for years I have learned how to give them in return. It has been a pretty long time since I have traded them. I was receiving them due to muscle sprains, strains, knots...
The various types of massages that I'm familiar with are simple trigger point, sports/athletic, and deep tissue. It is wonderful to have the muscles worked thoroughly to help flush all of the toxins out of the body. The foot massage is great for relaxation as well as its therapeutic benefits and yes - to me they are wonderful.
