I am interested in massage exchange with people near my location. Although I have no formal training, I have picked up quite a bit from a chiropractor friend of mine, other massage practitioners, and by reading several books on various modalities of massage. I enjoy helping people de stress and ease pain. I have experienced many types of massage and acupressure and two of my favorites are the hot stone and swedish/american. I had a bad experience with a deep tissue massage and it left me leary of having it again unless I know the person well.
I prefer a non smoking environment as I have an allergy to smoke.
