I am an active 49 years old. Love running, working out. Currently Working on PHD degree in Psychology as full-time student. . Previous to my recent schooling I was in the Garden Design and Landscape Business for almost 16 years prior to the econmic struggles in 2008-2009.
I have had lessons in swedish massage using hot rocks and have done/given a lot of massages to family members. I love the human body and wish I was in the massage field sometimes. I love helping others feel good and love the soothing sensations of recieving and giving massage.
I also have a small counseling practice where I teach meditation and mindfulness. ( I offer counseling for individuals and couples) I would like to practice and experiment with combining massage and meditation
