I am into Thai massage particularly. I like the stretching and manipulation in a good Thai massage. I get some lower back stiffness and like a lot of us slip into a sedentary lifelsyle easily when I´m working .. often sitting in front of a computer. So shoulders and arms and lower back are all connected and good massage gets to deal with it. I have received mostly especially in Bangkok. I like fairly hard massage.I realise I should do yoga as much as I can.
I have a sense of how to massage maybe from the massages I have been given. I have the intention of improving and in particular of learning Thai in the near future. I'm interested in learning from a partner.
