I have found what I enjoy most to do, and that is massage. I enjoy to touch, and allow my intuition to guide me. I enjoy to receive massage as well. I believe and know and feel that I feel better after giving a massage. I firmly believe in less is more. For me there are three major points for a good massage, focus, presence, and intention. Fundamentally the only difference between all the modalities are the intention of said modality. I am amazed at the number of massage therapists that don't enjoy to be touched and yet do massage. How to touch someone without being touched is unbelievable.
