I have no formal massage training, but have been told that I am excellent at relieving headaches through neck and shoulder massage. I enjoy the relaxation and health benefits of a good massage, but have had limited experience with receiving and giving them. I am eager to learn.
I do my best to stay reasonably physically fit, and have been doing weight training since the mid-1980s; now doing 3 or 4 times per week. I am still at the weight I was at on finishing high school, but I'm a slightly different shape. I may be stronger than I was then! I used to swim regularly, but don't like being immersed in chlorine.
