I picked up massage techniques from a therapist I had a six year relationship with. During that time she continued her education in deep tissue, Lomi Lomi, and sports massage. I was lucky enough to be a test subject at her school, and after some time I was an evaluator for the 500 hour students.
Occasionally I experience lower back issues. I have a therapist I pay to see, but that is a luxury I can't always afford. It would be nice to be able to have another avenue for relief, and also have the opportunity to help someone else.
