I have enjoyed professional massage for years, and have recently started massage exchange. I have taken 2 series of lessons for massage, and have been surprised that I enjoy giving a massage as much as receiving one. I have a table, and can host. I have a medical background, and have practiced a lot of stretching exercises for decades- which I like to incorporate into the massage-had a few exchanges from this website this summer-a great way to avoid the heat.
