I have no formal training. However, my experience with massage began with a friend some years ago (she was actually my boss). She had quite a stressful role at work and to help her I gave her a shoulder and neck massage one day. And she was quite impressed! And it just progressed from that. She did massage me on a few occasions, but mainly it was me doing the massaging - my job wasn't so stressful:) It would be great to meet up with someone who I can exchange with regularly for mutual benefits - and someone who can perhaps teach me techniques to improve my massaging.
