I have been doing professional massage since 1992. I studied Active Isolated Stretching (AIS)with Aaron Mattes and Jim and Phil Wharton, and regularly work with athletes. In 2000 I began developing my own style of treatment which I call Soft Tissue Active Recovery Technique, based on AIS and Soft Tissue Release. I am a teacher and give workshops for the public that teach how to relieve pain yourself. I also give advanced training workshops for Massage Therapists and other BodyWorkers. Recently I have been teaching Men's Massage Workshops for any men who want to learn new techniques and experience the joy of touch. The men who have attended these workshops have a wide range of training and experience and gather simply for the opportunity to work together with a number of different men in one setting.
