I first received tutoring when I was 18 by a friend that received regular deep muscle massages. I have given various massages since then. Took a weekend course to expand my knowledge and a intro to reflexology course. I have not given a massage in some time but it is something that is never forgotten but may be rusty :-) I recently purchased cups for cupping and a massage oil heater. I live in a gated naturalist community in Flamborough. I prefer to exchange massages.
