I play and coach sports. I enjoy participating a high level of compitition. After all of my hard work playing my muscles are often very tight and sore. I enjoy getting a therapeutic massage to help relieve the soreness and any stress I may have.
I have had many massages over the past few years and I have learned a lot from them. I have practiced some techniques on some friends and they have truly enjoyed it.
